The Corpus Christi Education Foundation, business partners and district administration teamed up to surprise 66 teachers and campus staff with grant checks on Dec. 2.
More than $126,000 was awarded to fund creative programs. Recipients were selected from those who desire to provide engaging learning eperiences for their students, in and out of the classroom.
The education foundation provided the grants thanks to the support of generous sponsors.
