Corpus Christi ISD Police patrolled the district on a mission from Santa.
Santa gave sacks of stuffed animals to CCISD police officers to give to all Pre-K students in the district. Officers turned on the lights of their patrol cars and made their way to CCISD elementary schools to give Santa a hand in passing out the gifts.
This mission, dubbed Santa Cop, officially kicked off the holiday season at elementary campuses this week. The effort is also made possible through a partnership with PetSmart Charities. Santa Cop will continue to visit all district elementary schools.
