About Us:

The CCISD Students in Transition Department is dedicated to supporting students who are experiencing homelessness, living in foster care, or connected to military families. We provide essential resources, guidance, and services to help these students succeed both academically and personally. Our mission is to ensure that every student has the support they need to thrive in school and beyond.

We aim to create an inclusive, stable environment where all students can reach their full potential, regardless of their circumstances. Together, we can help our students overcome challenges and achieve success.
