Performing El Rey to serenade City Hall, the students proudly represented their school and showcased Hispanic culture. For senior Diego Martinez, this performance held a special significance.

"Hispanic heritage means a lot to me because I am able to connect more with my culture," Diego shared. "Playing mariachi music allows me to embrace my roots and share that with others."

As the performance came to a close, the room erupted into applause, with the audience moved by both the talent and cultural pride of Ray’s Mariachi band. The students beamed with excitement, knowing they had left a lasting impression and helped bring the essence of Hispanic Heritage Month to life.
